Services & Estimates

Services may include lawn care, landscaping, cleanup, tree trimming, fence work, pressure washing and related outdoor work. Estimates are based on the property conditions and scope discussed. Changes may affect the final price.

Scheduling & Property Access

Service dates may change because of weather, equipment, property access or other conditions beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing safe access and identifying gates, irrigation, utilities, pets and known hazards.

Payments

Payment terms will be included with the approved quote or invoice. Balances are due according to those terms. Additional work must be approved and may be billed separately.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if plans change. Late cancellations or inaccessible properties may require rescheduling and may be subject to a fee when stated in the approved quote.

Outdoor Conditions

Landscaping outcomes depend on weather, soil, watering, pests and ongoing care. We perform agreed work with reasonable care but cannot guarantee plant survival or lawn results when conditions outside our control intervene.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Texas law, liability related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
